Overseeing over 260 properties across Canada, APD has provided a consistently high level of service while also cultivating beneficial relationships with established trade partners. As one of the first companies to offer the services of a fully in-house construction company, APD is able to control up to 50% of storage construction costs by providing a fully Licenced HVAC and Electrical division along with in-house Locker Installations and Project Management Services.
